Fall Camp is one of the best ways all year long to build strong, deep, lasting relationships with other middle school students, godly adult leaders and most importantly, God Himself. Pine Cove is a great opportunity to get away and spend time in prayer, Bible study, and worship, while also getting the camp experience of dining hall meals and outdoor activities.

DETAILS:
The group will be traveling on chartered busses to Pine Cove in Tyler, TX. The cost is $179 and includes transportation, Pine Cove Camp weekend, and six meals (Friday dinner, Saturday 3 meals, & breakfast and lunch on Sunday).
Check in: 4:30pm, Fri., Oct. 27th, Student Min. Lobby
Return: 2:30pm, Sun., Oct. 29th
 
FORMS:
Two documents due on or before October 22nd. 

1. Parent Permission Form - Print it out, parent and student sign it, turn it in to the student ministry office or Kim Holt on a Wednesday evening or Sunday morning before Oct. 22nd. Do not email this form. 

2. Electronic Medical Release Form for 2017 - Complete this form online ONCE per calendar year. Do not print it out.
