FAQs

  • What is Renew like?

Renew is a stepped, Christ-centered healing and discipleship journey inspired by the Beatitudes. In a safe and supportive community, participants learn to experience deep spiritual and emotional renewal through Scripture, prayer, and relational connection.

This is more than recovery—it’s transformation. Together, we invite Jesus to heal the places of hurt, reshape our desires, and restore our joy in Him.

Renew is for anyone seeking healing, spiritual growth, or a deeper experience of God’s presence in daily life.

    Our Format:

    • Weekly large group teaching & worship open to all
    • Closed small group circles led by mentors
    • Reflection and spiritual formation practices

Come as you are. Christ meets us here.

  • How long does Renew take?

The entire Renew process takes about 16 weeks.

This includes the first introduction meeting on August 17.

The closed step groups will form after the August 31 meeting and no monies will be due until then.

The curriculum takes about 30 minutes per day. 30 minutes a day with God for one semester working on  healing and spiritual growth in the context of authentic community will change your life. You will never be the same.

  • What does Renew cost?

There is no charge to attend our open large groups for Renew. In committing to the closed small groups, there is a one-time fee of $40 to cover class materials and a workbook. If you have already registered and want to commit to a Renew small group for the semester, see the link above.

  • Can I come if I don’t have a chemical addiction?

Yes! Renew is for everyone. God's steps of healing can free you from any addiction, struggle or hurt. Many people come in order to discover the source of their pain. You will always be welcome regardless of the struggle.

But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

- Isaiah 40:31

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

- Romans 12:2

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

- 2 Corinthian 5:17

Renew Alumni Community

This group is designed especially for former Renew participants who want to remain connected and continue growing in community. As an alumni participant, you are invited to attend our Monday night large group gathering, with the option to join the Alumni Community Group immediately afterward.

This will not function as a traditional closed small group. Instead, it will be a flexible, come-as-you’re-able space where we will:

  • Check in with one another
  • Engage guided question prompts
  • Offer continued encouragement and accountability

If you find yourself still in a season of deeper work, active healing, or ongoing patterns that would benefit from structured support, we strongly encourage you to register for our closed small groups. They offer:

  • Weekly consistency
  • Trained facilitators
  • Confidential small-group work
  • Guided step-based transformation
  • An enhanced next-level track for returning participants, including personal mentor pairing and expanded resource materials

The Alumni Community is a grace-filled landing place to remain connected, supported, and seen as you continue forward.
