Calling all Potential Table Hostesses!!
This Christmas Tea a FIRST for our ministry! We are excited to invite YOU into making it happen. To pull this off, we'll need volunteers with interest in hosting, decorating, or teaming up with other ladies to host/decorate a table at this event. So we'll be having a Table Hostess Interest meeting on Saturday, 6/13, 10-11:30a.
At this meeting we'll share information and answer your questions regarding:
- Overall plan, program, and setup "vision"
- Decoration and/or hosting requirements
- Supplies/decor/provisions provided by RPWM
- Supplies/decor required from hostesses
- Registration process and plan
- Programming and schedule information
Attending this meeting is not a commitment, just a way to gather information. We will open table hostess registration immediately following this meeting. So please make every effort to join us!
