ROCKPOINTE
TOUR OF ISRAEL
with Lead Teaching Pastor, Destin Garner
JUNE 3-13, 2023
A note from Lead Teaching Pastor, Destin Garner:
I’m thrilled you are considering joining RockPointe Church’s “In His Steps” Israel Tour, June 3-13, 2023. There is no other place on earth like the Holy Land. After this trip, you will never read the Bible the same again. This profound, life-changing experience will bring color, clarity and confidence to the scriptures. To walk where Jesus walked and relive the events of God’s Word will enliven and strengthen your faith.
On this trip, I’ll be providing devotional content at sites to enrich your experience, stir your soul and draw you into a deeper relationship with God. In addition, we’ll have a RockPointe Worship Pastor leading us in songs at these spiritually significant sites. Can you imagine singing “Oceans” in a fishing boat in the middle of the Sea of Galilee?
To handle trip logistics and historical content, I reached out to best. I am pleased to tell you RockPointe is partnering with Mike Fanning and his company, MBF Enterprises. Mike lived in Israel for several years while studying biblical archaeology, then earned a Ph.D. in Old Testament from Baylor University. He has led over 150 tours to Israel and takes numerous groups to the Holy Land every year. Mike knows the culture and the sites, and will take us to the most significant and memorable places in Israel.
The itinerary below gives you an overview of the trip, but please click the “Full Details & Registration” button to go to MBF Enterprises for pricing info and answers to your other questions. Mike or I would love to answer any questions or discuss the details of the trip with you by phone or email. This trip is for anyone 17+, and all minors must be accompanied by an adult.
I’ve been to Israel twice, and each time I return home God continually places a passion in my heart to bring back to the Holy Land as many people as I can. I hope you will be one of those, because I know how powerful, impactful and transformational this will be for you and your faith. I pray you can join me on this trip.

ROCKPOINTE STAFF TESTIMONIALS
Visiting Israel, walking in His steps, seeing with my own eyes the many places familiar to me in the scriptures, added historical context, geographical insight, and literally drew all of my senses into the Biblical stories! I can honestly say the very atmosphere felt differently! Truly! I have a contextual foundation that I didn’t have prior to being in the Holy Land. I dare say one can not possibly read the scriptures the same after having been to Israel!!
I loved all of it. Every single second!! The new and the old converging. My view of the Bible exploding into a rich, 3D display. Seeing regular, daily life occurring on and around the very places where Jesus…and John…and Paul…and David actually lived!
As I mentioned to many before, after going on the trip scripture became 3D for me as I could place people in places that I have never been able to do before.
It would be my hope that every believer has at least one chance to walk where Jesus walked and see what Jesus would have been looking at when he taught his followers.
