Paul serves as the Owner/CEO of Expo Home Improvement, collaborating with Michael, Owner/COO, and Amanda, VP of Brand & Culture. Since its inception in 2006, Expo Home Improvement has provided high-quality bath, shower, window, and door replacements to over 24,000 Texas homeowners. The dedicated team of over 200 Expo Home members embraces "The Expo Way," committing to the company's Vision: Improving Homes, Transforming Lives, its Mission: Loving People, Lasting Impact, and Core Values: Integrity, Excellence, and Service.

In 2012, after a successful 22-year career in the hospitality industry, Paul ventured into business ownership in the home improvement sector, recognized by the BBB as the industry with the highest number of complaints and deceit. With a profound commitment to surrendering everything to God a passion for business-as-missions ministry birthed.

Acknowledging the abundance of the mission field in the workplace, Paul openly incorporated Christ's word, love, and actions into his leadership style, fostering a unique corporate culture. Over the past decade, this journey has evolved beyond merely selling home improvements, it has become a mission platform to prepare the entire team to influence other Christian business leaders to boldly express their faith in the workplace.

Approaching the launch of their non-profit Business-as-Missions collective this spring, they eagerly anticipate sharing more about their journey and the transformative impact they aim to make.
