We desire to empower you to walk out your ministry calling in the arena in which God has placed you. Please come join us for our Faith at Work Luncheons and Bible Study where you can cultivate relationships with other professionals walking through similar challenges as we explore the intersection of faith and work together.

After serving as a church planter in East Asia for 9 years, Vip returned to the USA and began a career in real estate investing. He co-founded a shark tank type event in Dallas called The Lion’s Den DFW. Then spent 2 years during covid working with Faith Driven Investor and Entrepreneur to help build their global platforms and network partnerships. Just over a year ago, Vip joined an incredible VC firm focused on having life transformational impact through highly scalable tech businesses. Eagle Venture Fund is on fund 3 in their flagship fund series and has funds focused on the themes of city restoration and fighting human trafficking and slavery through investing in cutting edge tech.
Vip, his wife of 20 years, and their 3 children live in Mckinney, TX with their yellow lab, Huggins. They can often be found at kids sporting events and on boy scouts camping trips.

Rick Betenbough co-founded Betenbough Homes in 1992 with a vision to use fanatical cost control and “out-of-the-box” organizational systems to become the price leader for new brick homes in Lubbock, Texas. For 24 years, Rick served as the president of Betenbough Homes, building nearly 7,000 homes in West Texas. In 2016, he stepped aside from the role and now serves as the CEO of Betenbough Companies.
Holly Betenbough served as ministry director for Betenbough Homes for 18 years, pioneering partnerships with ministries both locally and globally. Today, she provides spiritual covering and training for Betenbough Companies as an advisor to the Board of Directors.
