YOUNG ADULT SERVE TEAMS

We would love for you to get more connected by serving in our ministry:

WELCOME TEAM: Welcome team volunteers serve by being the face and personality of our ministry when people walk into the church. If you are outgoing, expressive, and love to meet new people & help them get more connected, then this is the serve team for you!

OUTREACH TEAM: Outreach team volunteers join us in looking for ways we can serve inside and outside our church community, including cross cultural opportunities. If you have a heart for connecting with others and sharing the love of Jesus to the world, then this is the serve team for you!

EVENTS TEAM: Events volunteers assist in setting up and tearing down (decor, food, etc) as well as hyping up our people to attend these events! If you are passionate about creating fun spaces that help our community grow in connection & friendship, then this is the serve team is for you!

PRAYER TEAM: Prayer team volunteers are available every Thursday night during YA service to provide a safe space for young adults to receive prayer. They also spend time throughout their week praying over every written prayer request and calling those who want to be contacted for follow ups. If you have a heart to boldly pray for others and will commit to not gossip about private requests, then this is the serve team for you!

SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM: Social Media volunteers help create engaging content, share raw & intimate moments, and celebrate fun events! If you are passionate about social media & want to stretch your creative wings, then this is the serve team for you! *Training will be provided

PHOTOGRAPHY TEAM: We work together with RPC Photography and YA Social Media team to provide the best content for our website & socials. If you have a love & desire for capturing raw and beautiful moments, then this is the serve team for you! *Training will be provided.

Preschool and Children's Ministry Volunteers

Children’s Ministry at RockPointe Church provides many opportunities for volunteers to make a difference in the lives of children from birth through 5th grade. Building relationships, mentoring, and creating an environment that fosters a love for the Lord is what we are all about! Whether you like to be in front of large groups, be a part of the welcome team or work behind the scenes, Children’s Ministry has a place for you!

Student Ministry

Our heart as a ministry is to graduate students who are personally pursuing the Lord, connected to Christian community, and driven to make disciples. Small Group Leaders play a pivotal role in accomplishing this vision. Student Ministry small groups take place on Sunday mornings year round and on Wednesday nights from August to April. We would love for you to excerise your God given gifts, talents, and abilities through small group leadership over the next year.

Embrace Special Needs Ministry

If you are 14 years of age or older and looking for a place to serve, Embrace (our Special Needs ministry), has a place for you! We are looking for people who have a heart for supporting a child by being a “Buddy” who helps to mainstream the child into the class or who provides one on one assistance to more individualized needs.

El Roi

El Roi is a ministry designed to care for those who have lost a spouse at any point in their life (whether recent or not). Young Adults serves this community in many ways throughout the year.

Fix-it Brigade

The RockPointe Church Fix-It Brigade is a team of volunteers who are willing to use their God-given handyman skills and abilities to support widows, single mothers, single women, elderly, and people with disabilities in our church body and community.

Are you handy and looking to serve? Join the Fix-it Brigade.
Photography Team

Whether you’ve got a great eye and want to learn or you’re a pro with their own rig, we have a place for you. This is a great way to serve the Lord with your creative gifts through worship service, event, and baptism photography.
