About Your Family
I am one of six (five girls, one boy) children, raised in a Christian home. I was homeschooled and went on to receive a degree in History from Liberty University. My parents, grandma, and three of my siblings live in Texas, as of 2012. Oh, and I have two cats, named Ellery and Poirot!
What’s your story?
Having been raised in a Christian home, I learned about the gift of salvation at a young age. The Lord caught hold of me, and I accepted Christ in 2001-2002 after reading through an issue of The Mailbox Club. In 2009, I rededicated my life to Christ, and then got baptized in 2014. It’s been a special journey ever since!
What’s something about you most people don’t know?
I took fencing (with swords) for quite awhile, and *very briefly* coached it.
What is your trademark expression?
Jeepers!
Besides the Bible, what is something you’d recommend someone to read?
Around the World in Eighty Days – Jules Verne or An Astronaut’s Guide to Life on Earth – Chris Hadfield
What are you most excited about?
Being able to share new things or stories with others!
What do you like to watch on TV?
Old TV shows, most often westerns.
What do you do in your free time?
Spend time with my sisters, play guitar, or read.
